It was also confirmed that a large number of outdoor activity areas will be available to re-open from Wednesday 13 May, if they are safe to do so.

As part of the new conditions, people will be permitted to undertake additional physical activity if they follow social distancing guidelines and only exercise by themselves or with members of their household.

More details are expected to be provided by government in the coming days and the Sport and Recreation Alliance will continue to share this information as soon as it is available.
