The Sport and Recreation Alliance is now accepting nominations for the Community Sport and Recreation Awards 2013.
The awards, formerly the Sports Club of the Year Awards, are now in their 20th year and offer the opportunity for exceptional clubs to be recognised for the excellent work they do.
There are six categories of award, designed to highlight the breadth of work that is undertaken in the sport and recreation sector – but applications must come with the endorsement of the club’s national governing body head office or a county sports partnership.
This year, awards and prize money will be presented for the categories of:
Nomination forms are now available for this year’s awards and the Alliance would like to encourage as many entries as possible from our members.
The closing date for applications is 3 May 2013.
